Refund & Return Policy
I want you to feel confident when purchasing artwork from Martina Goulart Studio. Please review the return information below before placing your order.
Mini Prints & Art Prints
Mini Prints and Art Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the print must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original protective packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Please contact martina@martinagoulartstudio.com before returning an item so return instructions can be provided.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Original Paintings & Studio Studies
Because each original painting and Studio Study is a one-of-a-kind work of art, all sales of original artwork are final.
Please contact me before purchasing if you have questions about an artwork, its size, colors, or other details. I'm happy to provide additional information or photographs before you make your decision.
Commissions & Custom Artwork
Commissioned and personalized artwork is created specifically for the client and is final sale.
Terms for commissioned artwork, including deposits and payment schedules, will be provided as part of the individual commission agreement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact martina@martinagoulartstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
