U.S. Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

Processing Times

Mini Prints & Art Prints
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged before shipping.

Original Paintings & Studio Studies
Available original artwork is typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. If an original painting requires additional drying or curing time before it can be safely shipped, you will be contacted with an estimated shipping date.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately when necessary to protect the artwork.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Art prints are packaged with protective backing and include an Artwork Story Card sharing the story behind the painting.

Original paintings and Studio Studies are packaged according to their size and materials to provide appropriate protection during transit.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when available once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout when available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damaged item and contact martina@martinagoulartstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep the original packaging while the issue is being resolved.
