Free U.S. Shipping on Original Artwork
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
- Handling Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
- Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, but during holidays, delivery may take 5-10 business days. Fine art prints are made to ordera nd shipped within 5-7 business days. Transit times vary by destination and carrier, but typically range from 7-10 business days. If additional time is needed, we will provide you with an updated timeline.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at martina@martinagoulartstudio.com with your name and order number.
Oil Paintings & Drying Time
Oil paintings require curing and varnishing before shipping. If your selected artwork was recently completed, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipment. If additional time is needed, we will provide an updated timeline. This ensures your painting arrives in perfect condition.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally with custom shipping quotes.
- If you are outside the U.S., please contact us with your location and the artwork you’re interested in.
- We will provide a shipping rate, a checkout link, and reserve the painting for 48 hours.
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If these fees are not paid, the shipment will be returned, and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
Packaging & Safe Delivery
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:
- Original Paintings & Stretched Canvas Prints (up to 36"x48") – Wrapped with premium, acid-free materials and protective padding. Includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
- Larger Stretched Paintings (over 36"x48") – Shipped via custom freight for added security.
- Unstretched Canvas Paintings – Rolled and shipped in a protective tube.
Damages & Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at martina@martinagoulartstudio.com within 48 hours, including photos of the damage. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Address Changes: Please notify us of any address updates within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
- Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If returned, shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from any refund.
